The various constraints linked to Covid19 have had a strong impact on the event industry for the past year and a half. To fight against these constraints, the sector has strongly transformed itself by proposing numerous digital initiatives.

International press events are even more concerned because the pandemic does not evolve in the same way throughout the world.

That’s why our challenge was to create an engaging, immersive and interactive experience for journalists during these three days of events to allow them to enter the universe of this limited edition, the common values associated with it, but also to discover the starting point of this collaboration: the Hennessy House in Cognac.

Our team created and developed an interactive VR experience connected to a mobile application to accompany nearly 80 journalists around the world throughout the event.

The experience was conceptualized around the values shared by Les Twins & Hennessy, the notion of “perpetual motion” that nourishes their creative spirit.

Based on this concept, we set up the following devices:

• 360° filming in the heart of Hennessy’s emblematic locations where the Twins improvised movements
• Implementation of an interactive narrative that aims to discover the stages of the collaboration by choosing to follow one or the other of the twins.
• Development of an experience in 6DOF from the motion capture of the choreography of the different stages of the creation of cognac.
• Development of a companion mobile application, compatible with IOS & Android. VR and mobile applications were linked to a back-office allowing to monitor the whole experience
